For both new earbuds I have searched for proper drivers and no luck. I have updated the sound and Bluetooth drivers (including the latest Intel BT driver ver. 22.190.0), uninstalled them, reinstalled them. Attempted to add them via Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers. Current system info: Windows 10 Home ver. 10.0.19045 x64.
Hi, Check with the earbud maker's support. Try this : Turn OFF the Bluetooth device. On Computer Start Menu -> Settings -> Devices -> Connected Devices - Add a Device. HOLD the Power Button on the device for 8+ seconds until the BLUE light starts to flash. Device has entered pairing mode - on computer click "Search for Devices".
Hello! I have Raycon E50 bluetooth earbuds, and they are not pairing with my HP Envy 360x computer. When I put my earbuds in pairing mode and bring up the bluetooth menu on my laptop, they come up as an option for connecting. When I click on them, the menu just says "connecting..." forever. I don't know what to try, any sugestions?
Let us try few steps. Step 1: Run the troubleshooter. Select the Start button, and then select Settings> System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > then from the list select Playing Audio & Recording Audio > Run the troubleshooter. Step 2: Restore sound settings. Press Windows + R key to open Run command.
It takes around 1 minute to connect after showing "connecting" continuously. 2. Random Disconnections: After finally connecting, the earbuds disconnect suddenly at random times. 3. Reconnection Issues: When I try to reconnect after a disconnection, it again shows "connecting" for a long time and may or may not connect later.
