Remodeled: Refrigerator Style Through the Years

Through the years, the kitchen has served as more than just the place where food is made, but rather a gathering place for family and friends. At the center of the kitchen is often the refrigerator. You don't have to think long and hard to see how the refridgerator is a central part of any home.  It holds food, but the exterior has long been a place where important messages are left, to-do lists and family portraits are tacked up, and high grades or other accolades are posted.

The refrigerator is undoubtedly one of the most important appliances in your house and has been so since it's creation years ago. Although its importance hasn't changed over the years, the fridge you go to today for your daily nourishment has definitely altered. Through the years, refrigerators have taken on different colors, shapes, and sizes.  The placement of the freezer has moved from top, to bottom, and finally to the left of the refrigerator.
