Our Yellow Door Goes Green

I know it was only a few months ago that I painted our most used interior door a bright yellow. But, that didn’t stop me from repainting it (because that’s what I do, and I’m a little OCD—you all already know that). I knew I wanted to bring more green into the house, so I chose my paint color by matching up a paint deck to one of my favorite succulents.

Sometimes, it just takes a few times to get it right. And, thankfully, a door doesn’t require much time or paint. After looking for a while, I also found a rug for our back hallway

This rug gets a lot of foot traffic, so I wasn’t willing to spend much. I found this one at IKEA, and the price was right. (In fact, I think I should buy a back up and store it away for later.)
