How Safe Are Your Trees?

Reading your tree's body language could prevent it from toppling. Wind, rain, and standing water all put trees at risk of toppling -- and harming you or your property on their way down. Luckily, trees have a body language all their own that communicates their health, says John Wickes, certified tree risk assessor and registered consulting arborist of Wickes Arborists in Spring Valley, New York.
